Dublin Diplomatic Conference on Cluster Munitions
Similar to the Mine Ban Treaty, the Oslo Process seeks to prohibit the use of cluster munitions. There is an upcoming Jane's free online conference on 12th May (10pm, Singapore Time) on this issue.
